On the afternoon of January 13, Beijing time, the official website of the Football Association announced the “Confirmation Fo
rm of Full Payment of Coaches, Athletes and Staff Salaries and Bonuses by Clubs in 2018″ submitted by the four-level League
of China. According to statistics, over-full members of the club submitted the salary
confirmation form, while one in the first place did not mention it, and two in the second place. Thirteen of the Champion
Clubs applying for the 2019 League submitted the salary confirmation form.
According to the regulations such as “Rules for Admission of Professional
Clubs of China Football Association”, clubs that fail to subm
it “Wage Confirmation Form” on January 12 will be disqualified for the 2019 season. The three c
lubs that fail to submit in the League of China A and China B are Dalian’s overtaking in the re
legation from China A last season, Shenzhen Renren who announced
withdrawal from China B after the end of the season and Shanghai Shenfan.
As the three teams, Dalian Chaoyuan, Shenzhen Renren and Shanghai Shenfan,
who should have participated in the 2019 season of the Chin
ese Second League, are facing disqualification, which means that the
Chinese Championship Club will have three more places to
fill, that is to say, in addition to the six Chinese Championship Clubs scheduled
to be promoted to the Chinese Second League this season, three other clubs will be eligible to participate.
That is to say, of the 13 top clubs that submitted the Wage Confirmation Form,
9 will get the chance to participate in the 2019 season’s secon
d league tournament, and because Qiantang of Hangzhou Wuyue, who won the fourth place in last season, did not
submit the Wage Confirmation Form, they will be supplemented by other top clubs.
At present, the nine top clubs in the next season are Taizhou Yuanda, Chengdu Xingcheng, Hubei Chufeng Heli, Lhasa
Chengdu, Nanjing Shaye, Shanxi Xindu, Yunnan Kunlu, Wuhan Shangwen and Heilongjiang Qihe Dadi.
